Table spots for the February 13th, 2010 show are sold out. Winter 2010 spots are still available for January 9th, March 13th, and April 10th.

December Handmade Market set up and winter show dates

Hello December sellers.

I hope you are all busy crafting for our December show. We had a great turn out in November and I am hoping we have a repeat for December.

The set up instructions are below. The winter dates are also on sale.

As of today, there is only one February table left and a handful of tables for the other months. If you want a spot, you should book one soon.

2009/2010 Handmade Market Dates

Hello Sellers

I hope you are all having enjoyable and profitable summer seasons.

I am pleased to announce the upcoming Handmade Market dates. I have added an April date this year.

All shows are on Saturdays and our new hours will be from noon to 4:00 PM.

Fall dates will go on sale mid summer, most likely in July. You will receive an email when this occurs.

If you are not yet an approved seller, I suggest you become approved before tables become available. You can get details here. If you have sold in the past or been approved for past seasons, you are still an approved seller for 2009/2010.

Fall and Winter Handmade Market @ The Empty Bottle

Hello Sellers!

The dates have been set for the fall and winter Handmade Market.
The fall shows (Oct to Dec) are available for booking.

We will again be at the Empty Bottle on the second Saturday of each month. This keeps us clear of both the DIY Trunkshow and the Renegade Holiday show.

There are a few small changes this year. Both our space fee and our advertising fees have gone up. In order to be able to continue, the table fees had to be raised by $5. 4 foot spaces are now $30 and 6 foot spaces are $35. The holiday show in December will still be $40/$45. A $5 rebooking fee has also been added. Sellers that buy a space and then cancel and need to be found a replacement will be charged the $5 fee plus any paypal fees that apply. Rescheduling sellers creates a significant amount of extra work and prevents other sellers from being able to participate. Please do not book a
table unless you are sure that you can attend.

On a positive note, the floor plan has been reworked to include an
additional space each month.

All of the usual caveats apply:

Spaces are not reserved until payment is received. There will be no refunds or reschedules once payment is received. If you purchase a space and cannot come to the show, you may resell your space to another approved HMM seller. There is a $5 rebooking fee plus paypal fees if you need assistance finding a replacement. If you are an approved seller, you may book spaces now. If you are not an approved seller, please email Heather to be approved. Please note that if you are paying with an echeck (withdrawal from a bank account) on paypal, your space is not reserved until the payment clears. Please contact Heather before using an echeck so that I can make sure that your space is reserved immediately. If you do not do this, you will not be guaranteed the space.
